rodneyw71 Dave, that's cool, I was wondering what happened, I'm no mechanic so I wasn't going to be any help, glad I got to ride with you, was a good pace that you guys had, that was one of the coolest rides that I've been on.

rodneyw71 Before and during the Ironbutt, rode with another klr, David from Wisconsin.

rodneyw71 Well did the Ironbutt ride, yooper madness, the klr actually did good, I barely used any oil, the good thing about the klr over my voyager is I can move around on it, I have the stock seat with a beadrider, so I'm thinking about making it my Ironbutt/commuter bike, use the voyager for two up trips. So all in all I was really impressed, both with the klr and the route that the to to yooper madness took.

D_Squared Hey Rodney, congratulations on finishing! I thought I would update you on the electrical "gremlin" my KLR had. [drumroll please] The battery terminal screws came loose. Tightened those up and my bike was 100%. I hope you made it home safe!
