Posting pics

Could someone please give me your opinion about posting pics? I'm on 3 other Forums and the method is identical to the KLR forum(with total success) BUT when I press the download key here(a pic I have already put on my desktop) the window says "failure to download".......I'm talking about jpg with 97.7 kb's max and my pic is 92 kb's! It's frustrating, I've got so many kool pics to share. Thanks for any input, Raydog
