Drifter. Mods sometime lead to repairs.

pdwestman Safari's current info says 8.2 gallon. I didn't see anything about a 10 gallon version. That is still a fairly decent increase in "potential" fuel supply.
I'm primarily looking at them for radiator protection, on the old Gen 1 model. But like so many of us, 'GULP', big bucks.

I'm guessing that their 'splash fuel Elevator' system might kind of work like a 'fish ladder'? Didn't see any details of it.

I did see more pics of Bens bike, complete with some brand of crash bars.

D_Squared,
Your bike looks very good also, can you give us a couple more pics with better lighting?
I might be wrong, but I also believe that Safari had the 10 gallon tank out first for the 2nd gen KLR, with IMS bringing their tank out shortly thereafter. Hopefully someone will correct me if I'm wrong. I just really hope that the aftermarket tanks will someday come down in price (like the gen 1 IMS tanks), I'd be inclined to get one then!

Safari is Australian. New Products Safari Tanks USA

I think they use a slosh system to move fuel from the lower wings up to the petcock in place of the IMS vacuum powered pump.
