Here is an Amazon listing that may work too...in the reviews someone used it on a 2011 KLR.

Yep, I do.
You pinched the rubber lip on the throttle slide valve diaphragm and created a vacuum leak, when doing the .22 mod and enlarging the vacuum air lift hole.
That is up to a$170.00 error, for OEM part# 43028-1062.
Possibly under a $100.00 for a HD Sportster 1200 equivalent part. Possibly under $20.00 for an aftermarket TwinPower Bikers Choice #482841 diaphragm only. Available thru Tucker Rocky/Bikers Choice dealers.

I have KLR650 year 2015 and I did carburetor modification ( 7/64 hole, #4 washer for needle). I was following instruction for new bike ( no more then 4000 RPM for fist 1500 miles etc). Now I have 3800 miles on and I am not able to go faster then 65 mph ( downhill with wind in my back), my rpm dont go over 4500. Looks like I have very little reaction to my throttle after I reach 3000 rpm.
Anybody has any idea whats wrong?
