Amazon didn't list any for the 84 KLR 600, but this company may be of help . Cheap too.

1984klr600a1 Update,
Bike started to leak coolant. I thought one or both my radiators were leaking. Had the both tested and both are good. So it's my hoses. Back to my orginal problem. Can't find replacements. Here's what I did. I bought a used, I believe 2008 set. I cut and fit. Used a 90 degree and a straight fitting. So far, everything is good.

KLRCraig Saw a local BMWScooter no CL (don't remember the model) with opposing heads and it was CHEAP, so I clicked in! I can't really find anything wrong... not really! Keep reading (BMW guys take/give more notes that I even do)... okay, some scratched heads?
Then I remember my 528i and how much ITS parts were and decided that this good deal was NOT since those heads for 'that' bike were likely over a grand for the pair (guessing).
Ouch,
very Ouch baby...

Anyone can buy a Bimmer,
not many can afford to keep her though...

Tom Schmitz Don't worry, BMW thinks of everything.

This is an emergency valve cover made out of rubber that will get yo home if you crack open your valve cover.

pdwestman Sliders work 'ok' on some race tracks. Not so good amongst the rocks & roots & curbs of public streets & highways! And his 'sliders' are Very Expensive!!

He's ALSO got those HUGE CaseGuards sticking out either side of the Motor to keep the BodyPanels from scuffing (opposing heads)!!!

Me, too... scored a SOLID FieldCrest Mesh Riding Jacket with Liner AND Pads for $35 on CL. Just keep checking and checking until you see a Jacket you like and then go SCORE IT!

1984klr600a1 I put everything back together with a little silicone on the thermostat housing. Went for a ride. No coolant leaks. Small oil leak, coming from oil filter cover. Took that off and replaced o ring with a different one I had. Went for another ride and everything is cool.
