|DCardoza||with enough lead time I'd love the grand canyon. I had fun catching 2-2.5lb trout at eagle lake but seeing these pics made me want to ride. I was talking to my dad and he gave me a few routes he and his buddies used to take for trout fishing. Was thinking planning a trip for the beginning of trout season next year. He said Hogsback road out of Red Bluff will get us into some good fishing.|

Here are some pics from the Usal Rd. ride. Amazing trip for an overnighter. Could be done in a day as people have advised, but camping in Shelter Cove was very nice. We were lucky to have generally nice roads, but I can see how this could be dicey after rainfall.
Made it to Usal Rd. and found the entrance. Sign was gone and road was not very obvious. Taking a quick break.
Lots of nice scenic riding.
The boys getting ready to go.
Tom is somehow still awake and riding.
More nice trails
Mark going towards the light...
Arriving in Shelter Cove
Nice views along the entire ride
