Question ETYMOLOGY of " FARKLE"

Does anyone know where the word "Farkle" comes from? Also is it only a noun?,or can it be used as a verb?,a pronoun, etc.
Perhaps our resident writer(L.J.) will know.Hmm......

Functional Sparkle.

Can be used as a noun, verb, proper noun, in an adverbial sense, and is a good name for a dog.

"Bring me the Royal Farkle!", Tom said properly

"Come, Farkle!", Tom barked.

"I wish I could tinker with my bike like that", Tom said farklingly.

"Say, that's a nice farkle you've put on there", Tom added.

I've heard it referred to as a combination of "function" and "sparkle" started by some guy in the sport-touring community.

Ah, yes.

"Welcome aboard, Farkle my dear", Tom said affectionately.
