Great service from Revzilla

Ok,,,, mods remove if this is against TOS.

I bought a First gear Kilimanjaro jacket from Revzilla. I talked to them prior to ordering,, as I wasn't sure of sizing. I kind of fell between M and L. It was suggested to try a medium,,, dammit didn't fit as well as I would like. I made a call,, talked to the folks at Revzilla, and was given two options.

Option 1,,, pay for another and they would ship it tight away, then refund the Paypal payment. I am not a fan of PP refunds, due to he fact PP doesn't seem to like my credit union, so the money would sit in PP until I used it.

Option 2
Return jacket, and they would prepare and hold the order until they got the return, then ship the new jacket.

They are just north of me, so I took the jacket to ship it Friday. I got an e-mail Monday stating the jacket shipped to me MONDAY. They said it would come out of TX. So as I hoped, they got the return Monday, and immediately shipped the new jacket the same day!!!!! Jacket got here Thursday, This is what customer service is all about!!!!!

Happy trails also gave me great customer service.

-I requested they ship out the order the next day(It was late at night), they did and I think they did so after hours.
-I changed my order (added a magnetic drain plug), and they stuck it in without delay
-I requested free shipping, because I couldn't find the place to type in the free shipping promocode and they gave it to me.

They did all of this perfectly.

My experience with them has not been quite so "PERFECT" as yours!
Maybe it will get better with AGE!
