Bashing Glenn

This is for Glenn from the .net, hope it gets around to him sooner rather than later:
Guys, i mean to offend no one (except for glenn), so ill keep it as clean as i can. Until now, the only beef i had with glenn was in my introduction post on this web site (this was the only time ive ever brought it up on any web site, and it was dated 5/30/12).
I admit, i pushed it by getting around the mods' block on non-supporting vendors.
However, several days ago, i received this notification on the .net:

You have been banned for the following reason:
Lying to others by making false claims of abuse has earned you a perma ban. Complaining elsewhere about an infraction for breaking the rules while continuing to use this website is just plain contradictory.
Date the ban will be lifted: Never

By "continuing to use this website", he means that i paypal-ed him (personally) $25 so he would post my klr in the for sale forum. I dont believe that i made any other posts on the .net after the initial ban. And contradictory? So, let me get this straight. Mcdonalds screws up your burger. You tell your friends how bad it sucks and start going to burger king for a while, but eventually try mcdonalds again. All goes well between the two restaurants until mcdonalds gets wind that you complained that your order was screwed up a few months ago, and bans you from the restaurant. Makes perfect sense in the real world, right? Derp.
So lets recap: i got banned from a site (that i PAID to continue to use) after the dbag main mod got wind that i shared my story with another website THREE MONTHS after i posted said post.
Guys, im a 24 yr old college graduate who works at a coal mine; i have my fair share of immature moments, and i work with some real cards. But i gotta say, dealing with the ignorant blissfulness of this yahoo takes the cake. Ive read (i do NOT know this to be a fact) that ol glenn is a young man who lives at home with the parents. Nothing wrong with that, i didnt move out until i was 22. However, i hope its true, because if it is, this fruitcake is in for an epicly (word?) rude awakening once he enters the real world.
Feeling as though you have power in the virtual world is probably a great thing. "That guy (probably that guy, the user name looks the same, no way two people on the internet could have the same user name on two different websites) said bad stuff about my website 3 months ago on some other website. I just saw the post, so to show how powerful i really am, ima ban him... FOREVER. bahaha."
Well bud, in my experience, the world dont work like that. The virtual world? Sure. The real world? I wish i could be a fly on the wall when he pulls that power trip BS at mcdonalds or wherever he enters the work force at. "That guy got mad because his mcfish didnt have cheese on it. Well, ima put him in his place and ban him from all burger joints... FOREVER. bahaha." Uh huh.
Obviously, im through with the .net. Great people on there, very informative, and i would highly recommend that people stalk the forum for any klr info... id just recommend that they refrain from posting so glenn wouldnt have the excuse to ban them just to get the rush. Im not above re-joining the .net just to troll glenn; im just too lazy to do it.
Though i still have the klr, i recently upgraded to a wee strom, so i wont get a chance to creep the klr forums much more. However, before i go, i wanted to share this with the world:
Glenn, you can suck it.

You got off light, SRTeric!

Glenn once pantomined the murder by high-power sniper rifle of a forum member he designated as a "troll," banning the individual (guy, in real life, was an engineer at a nuclear power station, with considerable engine building and racing experience).

The victim's infraction? Questioned the ESSENTIALITY of a favored vendor's accessory; also, listed some design deficiencies of KLR's . . . Glenn labeled him, "troll," and falsely accused him of being in the employ of a vendor in competition to the favored one; also, falsely alleged this guy posted under a double identity on .net.

Explanation? Don't know; heard Glenn bragged about drug use, early on in his website's life. Could it be, "This is your brain, on drugs?"

It's only the internet. It has no real meaning in life. Anyone can start a website and it is theres to do as they please. If you dont like or agree with the management, move on to a different website. Better yet, get off the computer, grab your helmet and go riding! A beautiful day, an open road and a fine motorcycle are a terrible thing to waste. Life is too short for internet wars.-Tom.

Smile All of the KLR sites have something to offer

I belong to, and visit, all of the KLR sites. They all offer something of value to their visitors. I have learned valuable information and ideas and established friendships at each site. They all have their own quirks and values, but all attract interesting and friendly KLR riders. So if one, or more, of the sites rub you the wrong way, or rough you up , stop visiting and go where you are welcomed and valued.
Just enjoy the ride!

Good points, valid facts, and reasonable advice, T748!

You might consider remarks about .net more-or-less "literary reviews" of the website's publishing policies and their execution.

Certainly, a website owner can create and implement whatever policy he chooses.

Readers/members have choices also. Such as, becoming "PREMIUM MEMBERS," if they so desire . . .

From what I've heard I'm just glad I picked this particular site first. Some good people here. Wish we could all get together for a ride.

People gotta vent, I get that. But I think this post should be closed. It's one thing to tell a man what you think of him face to face, but we're better than this.
