Aging....

Yesterday.

My wife:

"It's funny, when we met you were this shy, skinny guy who liked to write and play guitar and wear old thrift store clothes...now, you have a motorcycle and a beard and you're head is shaved and you're this big biker guy with 20 grey t-shirts."

Me:

"I got older, balder, fatter, and we're poor, but not too poor to afford a motorcycle."

My wife:

"I like you now."

Me:

"Mmmm...hmmm...."

Beard? Whence came the beard?

Lockjaw, I would say your wife's comment propels you into the realm of what most of us would consider "Lucky Bastard." Meant with all due respect, my man. Good on 'ya both!

LOL. Thanks guys. Yeah, going for a beard. Not too shabby right now, but I'm growing it until christmas. You know, boost my outlaw image.

Beard, huh??

I'm being harassed by friends because of the normal crowd at Guzzi Rallies..

The guy on the left is "Ozzy" and I've worked with him for over 20 years.. The amazing part is that he had a battle with cancer about 12 years ago, and ended up losing all his hair, beard included.. That photo is from 07'.. 2 years later..

I'll look around, but last year his beard is back to almost belt length..

I'm getting hassled about beard length.. Unfortunately, my job doesn't allow long hair, beard or head hair. Both are about the same length right now, at 1"..

I can't go that long. It would have to pick a side in the wind.
