1950's themed party...

Went to a 1950s themed party (several friends born in '52, so thought it'd be apt) and it was a good excuse to slick the hair back, grow a Clarke Gable moustache and listen to some good music...

The mrs grumbles about herself in pictures, but I reckon she looks grand..... for her age...

You both look great. I think you should seriously consider making this a permanent thing.

I had given it some consideration Lockjaw! Thoroughly enjoyed it and I have to admit the other half does look rather attractive (to me anyway!) with her hair done and a bit of make up on!

It certainlty raise a few eyebrows strolling down the road like that

Yes willys - radiators... eurgh... my central heating system is the bane of my life. Especially at this time of the year. There's always something to fix on it - pumps, raidators, the boiler, bleed the system, leaking pipes - the list is endless!

UKTG, you've got a "I'm gonna make you an offer you can't refuse" Godfather kind of look.

If that was my wife, I'd get her to wear that dress all the time!

Folks dressed so much better in the old days.

Now everybody's damn pants are falling off. Even the chicks show you a plumbers crack.

In the prison where I work, we're always having to get after the youngsters to pull their pants up. I got tired of it, so now I just ask in a very loud voice, "Hey! If you're going to wear your pants like that, could you at least wash your underwear?" They inevitably get all paranoid and try to turn around and look down at their underwear, then they usually get the hint and pull their pants up.

If anybody actually likes the chicks and their plumbers' cracks, there are lots of shining examples on the site "People Of WalMart." Not that I can talk. I'm usually running around in bib overalls. Unlike the hipsters, I've been wearing the things for 40 years. Also unlike the hipsters, I still think Pabst Blue Ribbon beer tastes like shit.
