Driving a car after a long ride.

Is it my imagination or does anyone else feel extremely weird driving a vehicle after a 2 plus hour bike ride? I went for a "let off some steam" / "riding aimlessly" for three hours late Friday night on the KLR.

When I got in the minivan about an hour after the ride, I kept getting freaked out that I could not see because of the A pillars, roof and doors. It took me about 30 minutes to readjust to being in a box.

Just me?

I see your problem - minivan.

I've experienced that, especially in the wife's '05 Durango. The A pillars are gigantic and it feels like I'm in some kind of armored tornado-chasing vehicle.

If you wear your helmet and gloves when driving the minivan it helps!

Happens to me every time. See Mr. Pirsig's quote below.
