Could anything cool be done with an '81 Seca 750?

I found one locally that is in good shape, but has been sitting a while.

It's cheap, do you think I could make anything out of it this winter? I was thinking about a trimmed down cafe racer type bike. Take anything off that isn't required by law and paint it black kind of idea.

They are a great platform for a chop project, may not be the interest but they work well. I like the xs650 better, but the seca is a wicked bike in its own right.

i put many a mile on a 750 seca. great bike. i put michelin radials on it front and back and carved/scraped as much as possible.

does the 81 have the funky digital gauges? mine was an 83 if i remember correctly. goofy gauges would blink out sometimes. had goofy handlebars on it too. great engine, trans and shaft drive. that was when they were playing with anti dive forks,i couldn't tell a difference over conventional forks.
