This guys stalls it in a real bad way.

That's so sad. There must had been a problem with the elevators, maybe a major hydraulic brake-down.

Some knowledgable discussion I've seen conjectures that a load shifted rearwards on takeoff leading to a tail heavy condition and a stall. They almost recovered, just not enough altitude to avoid hitting the ground wings level.

Either aft-CG due to a bad or shifting load, or it could have been another failure. In 2002 a Russian jet went down in a very similar way when the elevator went full-up, undirected. The captain pushed the controls full-forward with no effect.

Whatever the cause, the effect was horrible.

Agreed. I'm kind of at a loss for why you'd post this here, too. I don't know, though. I've never liked seeing people die - even if i don't know them.
