Lightbulb Smilie Question

I don't consider myself so old that I'm "out of it" but I don't get this smilie
What is this supposed to indicate? Is it as plain as someone getting hit with a fish or is there more to it? Please ask your kids.

Also I noticed there is no laughing smilie to the right. Maybe we could get a list of commonly used expressions to put there. Then some people might or since no one seems to here very often.

I'd vote for a laughting smilie and these to be added to the right.

Cheer up the place, after all this isn't KLR.net!

I take the fish one as kind of a Homer "Doh".

I guess I'm just old and out of touch because a few of the smilies are over my head....

Today is the first day of the rest of your life.

Don't feel bad, I'm in the same boat and I'm only 37
