I dont remember getting promoted to Captain. I'm an NCO by trade not a commsioned officer but I'll take the pay raise! Seriously, when did this change? I like regular better than Captain, has alot less responsibility to it!

I'll ask, just what are all the different levels?
And are they based on number of postings only?
I do remember sending some suggested levels a while back, and then forgot thread title.
