Masterlink says goodbye for a while.

My husband Mark has developed a rare illness. Google NMDA encephalitis. He asked me to let his buddies know he plans on beating this crazy illness. He always spoke so highly of many of you.
I appreciate any prayers.
Sherry Walker
I hope this was okay to post.
Thank you.

I am very sorry to hear of Mark's illness; thanks for letting us know.

Please give Mark my best regards and let him know that we'll all have him in our thoughts.

Thank you, Sherry. I had a chance to meet Mark once and regret that I missed that opportunity. He's a remarkable guy. I'm pulling for him and hope you guys get along okay throughout this. You guys will be on my mind. Eric

I only know the name from this site.
But I wish Mark and you the Very best. AS I get a little older, I realize just how vunerable any of us can be to this sort of illness!

My prayers are with you, both!

Sending good "acid vibes" from northern Utah! Hopefully he recovers swiftly!

And Sherry, may you bear through the trials you'll have during your support of your husband! Those good acid vibes are for you, as well as for Mark.

Your positive and constructive contributions to the forum are missed; looking forward to your early return!

Thanks for your previous posts, and thanks-in-advance for those to come.

I mentioned your names to Mark. He is on a ventilator and therefore can't speak, but he smiled and wrote words for each name on a legal pad. I thought you might enjoy them:
Tom S.-- smart & funny
Pdwestman-nice guy(Wyomimng)
Lock Jaw-he started to cry...says LJ saved his life
650 Stew-west Ed. Mall ?
Damocles-very smart, and super nice.

I think I got those right. He said he wants to live so he can meet you all. Always wants to ride!!
Thank you for your prayers,
Sherry(and Mark)
You can write to Mark : [email protected]
He goes in and out of being conscious- he wanted to read a funny sentence from Tom and a "Planalp joke".
Just keep it funny or light if you write please.
Thank you.
