You did PDWESTMAN, I think I knew the answer before asking and needed just a little nudge or passing comment to get going on a rebuild. Ive never seen such buildup in a caliper in anything ever.

After rebuilding the rear caliper I noticed the slime and crud in there wondering is there a trick to flushing out master and line or is it as simple as shooting brake cleaner and pump it up a few...

Yup Stew thats what I did, rode and seems to be ok. didnt lose any coolant. I dunno can these bikes have the power to heal themselves? I had a Jetta early 80s I swear would fix itself.

Got them out! 180ish psi and some heat. I don't think they've been changed since new. 1994 w 73k kms. Crud and thick stuff all over the place. Still looking for fork caps.....

Help with fork seals

Trying to remove old fork seals on Barbie#2. I tried the PSI method but nothing budged. 120 psi for 16 hrs. Yes I removed the retaining clip.
Any suggestions?

Ive never seen this before , I sat and adjusted the chain according to Clymer. Seems mine was wayyyy too lose. (I could touch 2 links on the swingarm)

Im still having this issue.
Seems to be getting worse now. It seems like a brake is dragging but wheels are free and clear.
Air filter is clean
exhaust is good ,no rattle bike idles smoothly too....

My last few rides Ive noticed more chug type roar like when taking off and lugging the motor but now its doing it up to 3000 RPM.
