2009 Red KLR

My 2009 KLR. Picked it up a month ago. Used to own a 2005, and we made ALOT of memories, but I sold it in 2009 before finished chiropractic school and got married. Finally got to a point in my life where I could get another bike...glad it is another KLR. So far, I did the doo, 16 tooth sprocket, Dynojet Stage 1 Jet kit, FMF Q4 Exhaust, Pro Grip 737 grips, 12V outlet, and Shinko 705's.

Here is me at the Tail of the Dragon last weekend in North Carolina/Tennessee.

I agree. Don't see too many of those. Seems like most "action shots" taken by KLR riders are right after they've dumped their bike in some mud or in a creek, which is the way I suppose it should be. Don't think I've ever seen a shot like this. Good work. Nice KLR. Glad to hear you were able to get another one.

for the record...I didn't take the picture. On US 129 in Tennessee (Tail of the Dragon) they have professional photographers along the road, and you can go to their websites, find your photos, and purchase them if you want.

That is a good pic. There are some more like it floating around. On group rides someone will go up ahead and jump off and click everybody going by sometimes. Someone with a much better camera than mine.

Just tried to find one, but all I could find was pics of people standing by their bikes.
