I think you take the prize for putting the largest action packer on a KLR.

Nice view..

Yea, that's the 24 gallon Action Packer. I got it specifically for a camping trip. I was going to put the 8 gallon back on when I got home but I absolutely love all the room so I've decided to keep it on indefinitely. It does draw comments and stares just about everywhere I go.

Go big or stay home

Good Evening Jameslemoore,

you could fit the KLR inside that thing. How is the weight balance? Is the picture taken on a runway? Looking good.

Isn't the rack rated for just 22lbs?

Yep, that is the Coaling Airport. The weight and balance is fine. I don't overload it too much. I did on a camping trip and it was still just fine. Most of the time it is just more convenient for storing a helmet and clothing layers.

Yea, I believe that is the correct amount. Like I said, it usually only holds light weight bulky items that I don't have to be so meticulous or creative to fold into smaller bags. It seemed to do just fine camping when I had about 40-50 pounds of stuff though. Obviously I'm taking it easy when overloaded.
