Haha; thanks. I agree that 2003 is the best color combo. My 2001 looks better than stock because I changed the fork boots and seat to black from brown (yuck!).

Here's a pic of my 2000 before I modded it this summer. I like it too but the grey seat/boots aren't as nice as black and I could do without the pink/purple KLR graphics;

Once I added the IMS tank and tankvest, the color of the tank/shrouds/graphics no longer mattered!

Do they make tank"vests" for stock tanks??? I would love something like that.
