FUNKIEST Scooter you ever owned... including Mini-Bikes & MoPeds!!! Here's mine!

I don't have a pic of the funkiest bike I ever had, some old-a$$-dustyNrusty Honda XL100? I finally got it running by sticking a needle through the Jet (hey, I WAS YOUNG!!!) and headed down the driveway to tap the FrontBrake and HAVE IT LOCK UP ON MY BUTT!!! Fortunately the front wheel tucked under and DUMPED ME IN THE YARD (and not on the cement) and only one flip-flop came off (YoungAndDumb). I scratched my shoulder a tiny bit (yep, no shirt NEITHER!) so I felt lucky with that 'Get-Off'...

HOWEVER, the FUNKIEST bike I EVER had I was ONLY reminded of in reviewing Shaky6' Profile (admittedly I was trying for a zoom-in on his Avatar... SHEESH!!!).

I, too, had a Honda Reflex (200), a very emaciated and funky TRIALS bike really! At the time I was new to DirtRiding and thought this'd get me down the Road and also Off-Road. It was not a good 'DirtBike' and SuperCross was outta the question for this VERY SPECIFIC machine! It's a Honda, so it can't be bad but I sure couldn't figure out what to do with that thing! Friend brought me out somewhere in the Dirt in Tucson with his YZ400/450? Of course he let me on it and I INSTANTLY knew I'd gotten the wrong bike for the job!

You could fit it in your back pocket though! And just throw it over your shoulder in a water-crossing... Easy-Schmeasy!

Here's mine...

This was one funky Motorcycle since I used it for a 6 mile commute and to run some Fire Roads with friends (on not-much-more Bikes) and even for a few shortcuts in town. Bought it for $100 ssssoooooo... no matter what I could 'defend it'!

I've got an old 86 200 Reflex sitting in my barn right now. Will be this winter's project. Did run and looked like a champ 3 years ago before my 15 year old got to it.

Then you must log away on your ToDoList to post some photos when complete!

Great Urban Escape Vehicle to be sure; and you can throw it in you BackPack if you can't get through the Terrain sitting on it.
'Course I seen folks use this thing to jump on top of HUGE BOULDERS... AND FROM A STANDING START!!!

There she is. Washed it off a couple weeks ago because it was looking sad. I have a box of parts for it somewhere around here.

That Reflex is in great shape for having recently survived a teenager! The end of the LH grip is not even torn!

Hope that he didn't lose the seat!!

It's in the box of parts. He framed it out in the mud and it's been screwy ever since. Then he tried to fix it.....I think the oil passages are clogged up and he messed up putting the top end back together. And the kick starter seems to miss a tooth every 4th or 5th kick.
