Tour de Pisgah II Sept. 21, 22, & 23

A few of us discussed the event while at TdT II, and thought, because of last years weather, as well as it being the closing weekend we would bump it up a little. Everything is set up with Phil at Blueridge Motorcycle Campground for September 21st, 22nd, & 23rd you can find them here. http://www.blueridgemotorcyclecamp.com/ One reason for bumping up the event was so we could have more meals other than just breakfast, if you remember last year, because of it being the closing weekend they only served breakfast, and if you look at some of the dinners they create they are second to none. I hope no one already has time off taken care of at work, so we are trying to get the word out early. This will be the original slot that our first tour which was Tour de Duck was held in 2005. Let's all mark our calendar for this weekend, cause folks you won't want to miss it. Look forward to seeing all you folks again at TdP II.

I have the dates, but don't think I'll be there. We will be out west still, but we do plan on being back in FL by Jan for TDA III.

Today is the first day of the rest of your life.

Tour question

Hey -
I'm new on the forum, and will get my KLR in a couple of weeks. I live in Chattanooga, and would like to know more about the Tour de Pisgah. What exactly will it be like, etc. A google search yielded nada. I am going to be there if possible.

Thanks
Ryan

The basics would be good folks, great bikes, good times, and great rides. There will be group rides planned, group eats, lots of tall tales, and fun by all. The only thing that we ask of anyone new to show up is, you must play well with others. We have never had any issues, and I am not saying you would cause any, but that is something we stress. Look forward to seeing you there.

TdP II update

Hooligan ride is freakin' INSANE, rode it all yesterday and I can't wait to lead it next Sat. If you are just wishing...get busy, you need to be there.
All those rides are great and each one has been scouted and is ready to play, come one come all!!
