Sequatchie Valley Days 2020

Very sorry for the delay at getting this ride together. Though I have not ridden since last April, I wanted to continue putting out the rides for those that want to ride great areas like this. So....if you are looking for a great place to lay your head at night and then venture out to some of the great nearby places to ride....make your way to TTC!

Who: Bikes, small and large!
What: Sequatchie Valley Days
Where: Trials Training Center https://trialstrainingcenter.com
When: March 20-22
Why: 'Cause everybody needs a little Sequatchie in their life!

TTC has some nice cabins that most can fit 3 people! Also, plenty of tent camping is available.....along with hookups for RVs.

If you own a trials bike, definitely be sure and bring it.......... but, for those who prefer to stick with dual-sporting, there is everything from mild to wild within just a few miles of the campground. Food/gas is nearby! Also, the whole family can enjoy what the Chattanooga area has in store, so the kitchen pass may be easier to get than you think.

The large cabin that sleeps around 5 has been reserved. I am sure a few of the 3-man cabins can be rented, as well. If you have a small group of folks coming from your area, just give TTC a call and say you are with the KLR crowd!

ATTENDING..............WHEN................Ride... ...........Digs

Sequatchie Valley Days

Hey Chuck,

Count me in, if anybody else signs up for event. I usually commute over each morning, but head home each afternoon. I may bring a couple of new guys as well, who haven't ridden with our group before. If the weather looks good, put me down for Friday and Saturday, riding the "Mighty 690"!

If you guys are still going this weekend, you may want to give Dualindalton a shout. He and Roger are suppose to be going over Prentice Cooper on Friday, only. I haven't seen anyone else considering going, so it doesn't look like anyone will be going to TTC. Have fun!

Given the forecast for Friday and Saturday (Thunderstorms and rain), and the lack of other rider's attending the event, I'm going to pass on this one. Hopefully the weather will dry up soon and I'll catch everyone at one of the future events.

Hope everyone stays healthy in these crazy Corona Virus times!!

Sequatchie Valley Days 2020

I know I won’t be able to make it this year, but not because of the virus craze!
Maybe I’ll see everybody at the TdT!

Yep....I will give the folks at TTC a call and cancel the 5 man cabin. Stay healthy out there, everyone.

Me and Roger bailed out on PC too. Just not looking good with the rain and thunderstorms.

Saturday...we may have a group of 4-5 going east toward Dawsonville though. With this social distancing thing we'll be sure to ride at least 6 feet apart.

Don’t forget to wear your anti viral body condom if you go! Practice safe riding!

That would be a sight to behold. A bunch of (old) d*@ks on KLRs.

Crazy times call for crazy precautions though!

Whatever . . . if you go, don't forget to:

SEE ROCK CITY!

(In my day, "See Rock City" highway signs (and barns) seemed as numerous as the, "Burma Shave" signs! (If the allusions appear too obscure, Google and Wikipedia 'em!))
