Sounds like fun, have a good time and post some pics.

Right now I have a foot of snow with more on the way. The bike is not going anywhere.

Greetings Craig,

Good to hear from you........I met you at Aztec's tec day.....I did the doo there and had Rob take a test ride on my Klr due to a broken second gear tooth (possibly).....That'll finally be fixed and made dirt worthy, soon......

The, whole, above ride can be done with a KLR with dirt worthy tires (like 606 and comparable brands) but the technicals sections can be avoided if one is riding a less aggressive tire.

Hope to ride with ya some time Craig.......Your always welcome to join us down here (MLDS:Motherlode Dual Sport "Therapy" Group) or whatever..The therapy is riding all that goes with that............

Peace ,
Ricky

Ricky, sound like it will be a blast. I am still not back on the bike since my surgery. Now that the snow is here it will be at least March before I am back on it.

Best Wishes on your recovery Craig,

I vaguely remember getting wind that you had an accident......I was just healing up from my head-on collision a year ago to date I was at 80%. Back to a full recovery from a broken wrist..........Surely Lucky to Be Alive......Maybe we are too?

Blessing to you and "What Doesn't Kill Us Only Makes Us Stronger."

Peace,
Ricky

This ride is turning out to be a classic MLDS day trip........We are up to 8 riders....More welcome, just remember simple trail ettiquette of being responsible for the person behind you and all will be fine........I said this already but it can't be said enough.........Oh Yeah, don't make any turns unless the rider infront of you is waiting for you at the turn.
Anywho,,,,,,,,,,,Happy New Year.

Peace
Ricky
