New Arizona Rider

Good Morning,

Just got My 2017 KLR 650 Dec 4th! I am new to motorcycles and all the research I did I couldnt go wrong for the price on the KLR 650.

Would like to do some networking and meet some other KLR owners in the area and find out some meet spots and fun places to go around town! I am in the Mesa area. Let me know!

@ Tikisnot & klr787... I am in east Mesa and looking for folks to do shorter 1/2 day to 1 day trips with in the area. I love my KLR, but riding it with friends on true motocross bikes is not fun. I'd like to find/plan some good local loops with mostly off road riding if possible. Message me if you think we might try getting together.

Nope... I did find an adventure riders group that seems to meet up weekly and do shorter rides near weekly, but I haven't tried to hook up with them yet. So, I don't know if it's a good group, what kind of riding they do, or if they really even exist to be honest.

I may be selling my KLR soon. It's a great bike and I've got a lot invested in it, but I'm sort of having to accept reality. I just don't have a lot of time for hobbies and the type of riding most accessible to me with the time I do have is true dirt bike trail riding. Here I come Craigslist...
