Thanks! I actually do have a set of fog lights for it. But I can’t seem to locate them. So, I didn’t put them in the list of accessories, in case they don’t turn up. But if I find them, they go with the bike as well. 👍

I don't know if anyone remembers but after hanging out here for a while and long soul searching I ended up buying a 2022 R1250 GS Adventure (my 5th one) which I recently toured CA, NV, UT, AZ and back in a week.
Bike is flawless and powerful and big and stable bla bla bla....

BUT; in the corner of my mind I still have a 2022 KLR650 Adventure model stuck, like a cute girl I never had the chance to go out with when I was back in high school 45 yrs ago.

I have few questions before I pull the trigger on one of these cult bikes 😉 and give my GSA a friend in my garage...
I know, probably a through search may reveal the answers I am looking for but I am lazy. Sorry for that in advance!

Q- Is there a better aftermarket windscreen available? Better meaning a little wider and taller for better wind protection...


Q- Is there a center stand for this bike? Who makes it Kawasaki or aftermarket?


Q- How complicated to add heated grips?


Q- What is the solution you guys use for Cruise Control?


Q- For those of you like me at 6' and 255 lbs, if I do not ride highly technical dirt roads, do I need to replace the factory suspension?

You can actually see part of the green 💚 color (1st pic) next to the headlight. And the shadows in a couple others... Such an awesome color. It gets so many compliments anywhere you go💪😎👍

I agree sounds like a very good deal but not for me. If we were a little bit further away from each other we'll be ending up in the ocean. Plus for financial reasons I can not purchase an out of state vehicle. It has to be in CA...

No b.s. true story... First time my cousin saw my bike I rode out to the back 40 on his property where he was tending the cattle & it HAPPENED to be at sunset 🌇 and he said " wow! that's a really pretty Green 💚 bike" no joke... and Then he flat out called me a liar when I told him it was sand khaki. He almost got mad like I was messing with him & He's WAY bigger than me. IMAGINE A six and a half foot TALL TEXAN, on his property, calling you a liar! 💪🤣👍 Good times on the KLR!

You are right, @ZZnoTop, the Sand Khaki does change color, depending on the time of day.

I’ve ridden to the Pacific twice on a KLR, once on a Gen 1 and once on a Gen 2. Slap the 16 tooth front sprocket on the front and you can cruise on any terrain all day long. Comparing the 22 to the older ones, I am sure it would do even better.
