I was at my local Kawi dealer today and they had a 650 S so I threw a leg over. Have to admit it felt good. The S model wasn’t available when I bought my 2015 last spring.

And then the other thing happened. My new suspension arrived from Cogent. I ordered a 1” shorter Moab shock and DDCs with new fork springs.

Really excited about getting this installed and enjoying the upgraded suspension come spring time.

Snow is a challenge, but still rideable, with care. I have done it, but we don't get the snow you get up there.

I have ridden in SA while in the Army there, exploring the desert and outback where it was over 40C. Heat doesn't bother me. If the bike I ride can keep going I will too.

Touch wood, have never dropped a bike in 20years of riding around the world.
