I recently replaced both front and rear tires on my KLR with Heideneu's K60. Can someone advise on the what the front and rear pressure should be?

Intended to ride 60 paved road 40 dirt road.

Low 30ish psi (front & rear) will do just fine.
If your a heavy dude and/or load the bike down with a ton of crap, jam a few more psi in the rear tire.

Curious, what's the cut off for where dude ends and heavy dude starts ?
In China, anything over 100
In America, anything over 250 😂

My two cents, I usually look at the max rated pressure and drop it about 5psi from that. Never had an issue on or off (light off road) use. YMMV

I noticed two things.... First the dealer pushed me out the door at around 20ish PSI and that when I put 32 PSI in my tires they drop a few PSI every few weeks. I guess it's normal but I get tired of putting it back in. I run 32 in both tires and I find that is a nice balance on the highway and sandy roads.

In the Gen3 KLRs, the engineers incorporated a safety relief pressure valve into the stems. If you over inflate above the 21 psi per the manual, it deflates back down to the recommended 21 🤭
And I’ve got a bridge to sell ya!

Make sure you have good METAL valve stem caps, check to see if the Schrader valve is leaking (Dab of spit works great @Gen3piglet ) and if those are good and they continue to leak, you could try Sahara Moto or Ride On if it’s a possible pin/pinch hole some where. I use Sahara Moto and delete the balancing weights on my wheels. Pressures hold well, but occasionally (every few months with temp changes not every other week) need a pound or two.
