if it installs like the stock seat does then it couldn't be easier. its only held on with 2 screws. all you need to do is take of f the plastics on the sides (another 2 screws) and then unbolt the seatand lift it out.Hughmoris said:How hard is it to install a seat, for someone who is not mechanically inclined in the least?
Ya, why waste money on a brand new seat ... just go to an uposterer who specialises in motorcycle seats and ask them to redo the padding with higher density foam and add an inch if you like. I did mine like that because I bought it off a lady who removed padding to suit her shorter stature.
