Start with a 40hp 2006 lumbering bush pig and throw buckets of cash at it to turn it into a very expensive, 40hp street thingy.

I get it, light weight for a road bike with lazy torquey motor, upright riding position and grippy street tyres, whats not to like? Apart from having no mudguards that is.
But I don't think it is actually street legal, any wheres in the USA.
Oh Well, its more fun to ride a Slow bike fast than a Fast bike slow on a race track.

Yup. With no apparent front signals, rear signals too close together, and no mirrors whatsoever, I can't think of a single place that would be street legal. I'll bet you'd get some looks riding it across Black Bear pass, though. Well, part way across Black Bear pass...
