The new lever is likely not activating the clutch safety switch. Easiest to just bypass the safety switch.
Clutch adjustment advice needed
So, changed out the clutch lever to a short one. Now I can’t adjust the cable properly so I can start while in gear with the clutch lever pulled in. What is the right process? I’m obviously not doing something right. I had it dialed in previously but that was long ago enough I can seem to remember how to do it right…
