Rec great customer service from MOTORCYCLEGEAR people yesterday. I called to place an order for a NelsonRigg bike cover and all i was asking was if they had in stock what I wanted to order, a Large size for my KLR. The guy, who it turned being the service mgr, said yes. But, wanted to know what bike I was ordering for. After I told him he spent about 15mins explaining why the L would most likely be alittle tight and it might be a better idea to go with the XL. And I did.
My point here is that some people simply would have answer my initial question and left it at that, said 'have a nice day' and hung up. This guy took the extra time and turned what may have been a disappointing transaction for me in to a good one.
I'm not trying to push MOTORCYCLEGEAR on anyone but just relating my experiance, quite refreshing.

These would be the same people formerly known as NewEnough, yes? If so, this company ROCKS and there aren't enough words to express their goodness. :11a:
Agreed. And I have the same cover. Fits perfect with the trunk.
