So, I had diverticulitis. Was sick as all hell (I also had the flu at the same time). Bottom line. If you want to feel your KLR kick, lose almost thirty pounds. I don't recommend doing it in a month, but.... ;)

Did feel quick though. Also, first ride in a month, so I practiced countersteering and some quick stops, twisties and did some parking lot practice. Feel back in the game, now. I even practiced switching to reserve because I forgot to check the gas. :bike: That helped with the extra HP too. 190 lbs and no gas. Practically a Hayabusa. ;)

Motorcycles are fun. Diverticulitis is not. Nor is my Ford Focus.

That is all.

The really sad thing is that my 200,000 mile Focus could run down my 2,000 mile KLR!!!
Just take the first dirt road, preferably with rocks and pot holes. :)
Still a highway for a KLR.

As Lockjaw said, motorcycles are "fun". Glad you are feeling better Lockjaw.

Thanks everybody. Obliged. And I shouldn't talk too much smack about the focus...100K miles with zero issues.

But it's not a MC. :):28:
