Well, in my attempt to get better at making documentaries of rides and adventure tours I put together a video report for my trip last year from Ohio to deals gap to ride the dragons tail and back home. Granted it was done on a V-strom and not a KLR, but I figured it might still be interesting to those who've never been.
Special features include a full length video of the Dragons Tail and music that I made to avoid copy righted stuff. Hope you enjoy.:)

Absolutely great documentary you did there. I wish I had,had a video camera on our trip a couple years ago. I am looking into getting one of those helmet cams for future trips. You can see my small slide show of our trip down there by searching for DXKLR on youtube. I am hoping we can get a good ride report of the Black Mountain area in NC this spring. They say the road up to there is as good as the dragon and much less traffic and no cops.

Thanks DX, I was using a POV helmet camera and a simple Nikon coolpix camera for video and photos. Pisgah area is diffrent but I'm not sure how to describe the diffrence. Personally I look forword to doing 165 to Tellico next time I'm down. I drove it in the van at night and it was a wild ride.
