I swapped the stock (vacuum) petcock on my 2003 to a manual. I have a clear fuel line so I can confirm fuel when I have in it the on position.

But, since swapping to the manual. She doesn't like to start. I have the vacuum inlet capped off on the carb

There are two hose connectors on the carb. The lower one is for the fuel, the upper is the vent.
