Hey there,

I think the the fuel and vac lines are 1/4" but since 5/16" is also a common fuel line I was wondering which one is the KLR OEM.
Checked the Clymer but couldn't find it either :19: but people who have replaced em already must have ideas

The fuel line is 6.2mm = 1/4"
The vacuum line is 5mm. I have used 1/4" Tygon line from auto parts stores for both.

It is showing parts for my 2011 KLR, but you can change that to the bike you have.
