Hello to all .my name is Tim .. I am new to this forum. I don't have a klr 650 I have a 84klr 600. I hope that is OK with the members of this forum. Love bikes .just need some advice and some help with my klr 600. Thanks to all in advance.

I think there is a 600 sub-forum if one checks the forum index.

Sounds like we're in the same boat. Picked up an '84 600 this weekend after reading/researching my options. Found a great write up on a rebuild at http://m.ride-joy.com/Suckers-for-Punishment-KLR600-Project-Bike_10199947-33.html
