The user groups are there if anyone would like to use them, but I have put dedicated forums up for regional riders, the task of subforums was not worth risking loss of forum content.

Sirry about thet, I set up the user groups for use while the sub forums project was underway, after getting into it fairly deep today i see that there is potential to disrupt the forum operations by adding the subforums and i did not want to do that, for fear it would bring bad memories to some.
