Hey- starting the hunt for new foot pegs. I want something more off-road oriented and there are lots of options. While looking at the specs on the new Yamaha Super Tenere I saw a foot peg i am not familiar with.

"The grooved foot pegs show Yamaha’s attention to detail. While the rider is seated, rubber cushions provide excellent comfort. When the rider stands to tackle more technical riding conditions, the rubber compresses, letting the rider’s boots contact the metal foot peg surface."

This sounds like a perfect option. anyone know of pegs that are rubber while seated and have metal studs that are exposed when standing?

Also, anyone have experience with the rotating foot pegs?

I have the powerpegs. A copy of the pivotpegs. Powerpegs was sued by pivotpegs and subsequently went out of business due to copyright issues. Anyway, I like them with motocross boots because they pivot and don't slip.
