today i was doing some adjustment on cables and carb and noticed my lights were not working head light, tail light nothing with bike running. checked fuses seat on (relocated to cover by kickstand) fiddled with wiring under ignition switch and high low switch see if something was obviously loose and i didn't notice anything out of the ordinary. any ideas as to where to start battery is fully charged just fyi.. thanks in advance

well i found the issue. it was the under the seat factory bullet connector it was corroded I cleaned it and bingo we got lights..

Do this now or get stuck somewhere: pull apart all your electrical connectors and ground points, clean them by pugging them back together a few times, and spray or swab some water resistant grease in them.
