With the weather turning a bit on the chilly side of things and frost settling on everything thats outside, is there special precautions that one must take to care for the KLR. I plan to ride up till the last possible day... which means that its going to have to be pretty darn cold. Do I need to have a different oil for when I am driving the KLR in colder temps than when in storage? Do I need to replace the water in the resivour (sp?) or add something to the battery to keep it from freezing? When i was driving around today, the temp was in the high 30s to low 40s and I couldn't get my motor to warm up. It ran on the cold side of things for the most part. Is that normal?
