I have the Kawasaki version (same thing) and it didn't come with a rain cover. They don't mention anything about a cover on .com's description of it, so I'd guess it doesn't..

I give mine a blast of Jig-a-loo or Camp Dri a couple times a year.. The few times it did get a bit damp inside, I just left it unzipped a couple inches and it dried out in no time.

When riding, it's pretty well protected by the fairing, and when you stop, you can always take it inside with you.. It comes off in seconds.
