Hi guys:
I'm looking for people who live in and around Ontario to see how many we have here......I think the number of KLRs have increased dramatically over the last few years and think we have a great wealth of owners in the area. It would be great to get us together for a meet and greet or a campout.

So, what do you say?

Anyone home????

I hope to get a KLR meet going for next season in the Bancroft area.....that is somewhat half way between the two cities. We have been going there for a few years now and there is a good trailer park we base from. There is also some good trail riding to be had in the same local area.
I think it will be a good unstructured event so to speak with many BS stories being told around the campfire as always.
We nrmally do a late summer campout there but I would like to do a spring ride next year and a fall ride. That is if we get enough interest in both.
The area boasts some great trails for both the light trail rider and the nutbars who love the hardcore stuff....sorry I'm not good enough for those any more.
So stay tuned and maybe we can meet after all this time....lol:13:

Yup count me in and I bet Tmisis as well. I'll poke him to sign up here, and get involved. I'll be keeping this in mind.

Excellent and i hope all of the Ontarians see this as a nice peacefull place to hang their hat from now on.....I think we've been abused long enough....I know of 6 or so others who have been having troubles and are looking for a quiet peacefull place to hang out at. This seems to be the place to be...IMHO.
As for the rides next year...I hope to get it organized to be an annual event where more than just our crowd enjoys the weekend's trail riding etc.
We need to get a good organized event happening for the benefit of all Ontario riders. I also invite anyone else not just Ontarians and I don't mean to leave anyone out...my mistake.:t1204::13:

Hey RSD...great to see you here too....this site will soon become the new home for all of us Ontarians I'm sure. It has a great sellection of old members of different forums that got tired of the BS and started their own forum to get away from it. That was 6 years ago now. I joined back then too.....It has just started to get real busy here so I'm sure more and more will find their way here soon.
There are some really educated KLR riders here to help with the issues that come up from time to time and help with all our problems.
I'm sure you know that is why I am always posting.....lol....not just to be a post whore....lol
This site doesn't allow moving avatars....yet....but when they do....Bounc'in Betty will be back! This is the best I could do and she isn't too bad.

I doubt that other site will be asking for me to come back anytime soon....they have a repretation to uphold don't ya know.....if it don't agree with the big cheese then it don't belong.....their loss not mine. Nuff said.

I will be joining you and the 705 club soon......parts are being machined as we speak.

Stick around and join the party.....the water's fine and the beer is flowing ....enjoy.:13:

Dropped in on Fergus Phil tonight as I found out at Bancroft he lives a K away from my work. He sends his best, and wants to know who you're getting to put your engine back together as the .net ladies have revoked your wrenching privilages, LOL. :stickpoke:

Both of us are hopefully going for a ride this weekend if the weather holds; may drop by, will give a call ahead.

Tell Phill where he can find me......this is a much better place without the termoil and BS....I have found already a much more relaxed attitude complared to that other site. One day many others will wake up but hopefully before they get crapped all over like I got!

lol..I think I'll risk putting my engine together even though I know nothing about these engines from what I have been told. Or any engines from what was said....lol. Funny, I have put two together after the one I am running at the moment and they are all running perfectly well. Funny, they both should have blown up by now if the last two kits blew up well before this mileages. #00kms for the first one 50 for the second.....but it got another 50 to get me home...so 100kms on the second. Both done the same as all my other perfectly strong running engines, no come backs, no complaints no unhappy customers.
Funny if I'm no good at what I do eh....?

Nuff said about that past history...I do not want to drag the BS to this site.

I am waiting for people to find their way over here soon. I predict there will be a few leaving to find a more peacefull place to call home.

I also won't be around next weekend.....sorry.:13:
The riding season is getting very close to being over ...augh!!!!!
