What's up everyone, my name is Brett and I'm looking to purchase a KLR in the next few months. I fell in love with this style of bike after watching the Long Way Down. I first was interested in the BMW 650 GS or 650 X Country, but they are way to pricey. Then I found the KLR and the huge following it has and became very intrigued. I figured I would get on here to learn all I can about the bike before I purchase.

Welcome. I started riding this summer. The KLR is a fun bike to ride . Lots of great advice and members on this site.
