Hey all! Nicko from SW Victoria, Australia here. Thanks for having me.

Ive been lurking around here for a while now, picking up a bit of useful information here and there... Finally took the plunge last week and purchased myself a '14 KLR with a big fat ZERO on the clock. Pretty happy with my decision, its plenty of bike for me at the moment, and does everything I want it to and more! With a few small tweaks and upgrades I will be one happy chap.

Just started breaking her in, got about 50kms up at the moment. Taking the hard route, varying her through the gears and RPMs, keeping the pressure up with downshifting - but no overdoing it. Im thinking this is the right way... Fell free to share your opinions!

Any sage advice from those more learned than I in all things KLR?

Can't wait to sink my teeth in.

Nicko

edit - turns out I can't post photos yet...
