Might I suggest spending 5 minutes to search for the terms "OIL" and another search for "Tire Pressure". You will get the same responses all over again here with each and every person saying a different oil and tire pressure.
LOL I'll go ahead and give my two cents for what it is worth.
Oil weight. I only use 10W40. Castrol 4T from O'Reilly's.
Tire pressure. Your people weight is just under my 'person' weight, lol.
Ran 28-30 front
This is obviously for on highway use. If your going into gravel or dirt rodes I suggest @ 20 in the front and 24 in the rear, but, make sure and air up if you do a fair amount of distance on highway again. A cheap $20 air compressor from walmart is great to have on hand.
