Why... i do not like the long kinked stock hose, my plan is to turn it around on the caliper, after grinding down the tab so its a nice straight run to master cylinder without the big loop on the rear of the caliper and the loop in the middle of the swingarm. This would clean up the look of the swingarm quite a bit. A shorter small braided line would look great. Now i have to find one that continues the KLR tradition...cheap!

Yeah, that loop at the rear has bothered me, too. I know there are places that will make custom brake hoses. So far I've managed to live with the OEM set-up. Good luck!
