Hah - 12 hours - you're still in Texas!
Ancient joke along those lines (?How old? Well it was told to me by my younger friend who came over on the Mayflower
)I'll tell you just a little story then about these 2 farmers who were making comparisons, talking about their respective farms.
The Texan asked the Missourian how big his farm was and the Missourian said, " I got a nice little parcel - runs about 80 acres."
On hearing this the Texan kind of swelled-up a little bit and said "Why listen, I can't even go out and get in my old pickup and drive across my farm in a day."
The Missourian nodded and said, "Yep, I had a pickup like that once... "
