Jutes101 you replaced the chain and rear sprocket but not the front sprocket?
As a chain wears its length increases and this causes a wear pattern on the sprockets.
The front sprocket wears faster than the rear. For the price of a front sprocket I would
replace it and see if the sound goes away. Reusing sprockets may have a negative
effect on the life of a new chain.
